Comparing a National Newspaper to a Local Newspaper

I have made a diagram to show the differences between the two newspapers that i have bought especially to compare them both. The 3rd November issues of The Daily Express and Norwich Evening News:

This is quite a scruffy diagram. It shows overall that traditonal local newspapers cater to people who only want to read about their local area, as if it is the only place that exists. Whereas national newspapers assume that the whole nation wants to read about celebrities and world conflicts.

In conclusion, this helped me to find out what is on the market right now with newspapers, and the basic aspects of them. I know that i HAVE to make a local newspaper, but comparing the two helped me to find out new things which i can bring from a national paper and put into my newspaper as natioanl newspapers will always have the most sales.
